Important Information
Real estate professionals in Oregon need to complete a total of 30 hours of continuing education every two years, including two hours of Fair Housing Course (mandatory as of Jan 1 2026), two hours of Law and Rule Required Course (LARRC), and 26 hours of Broker Advanced Practices.
Your renewal period runs two years and ends on the last day of your birth month — not your birthday itself. Complete all required hours before that date.
