- Introductory Access to Justice course (one-time, new admittees)* — 3 hours
- General CE — 38 hours

Important Information
Attorneys in Oregon need to complete a total of 45 hours of continuing education every three years, including five hours of Ethics, one hour of Child & Elder Abuse Reporting, and one hour of Mental Health / Substance Use; the rest can be general CE of your choosing. A few additional topics apply only in certain situations — see the asterisked items above.
