Cancellation Policy

We make it easy to cancel your account directly from within LogCEC.

Section 01

How to cancel

Only account owners can cancel — we can't process cancellation requests from anyone else.

To cancel, go to your account Settings in LogCEC and follow the instructions there.

LogCEC: Go to Settings and select delete account, then follow the on-screen steps.

Section 02

What happens when you cancel

Export your data first. Once you delete your account, you'll immediately lose access. If you're on a paid plan, you'll keep access until your current paid period ends — then the account will close.

Your content becomes inaccessible immediately and is permanently purged from our active systems and backups within 60 days. We cannot recover content once it's been deleted — we can't restore individual accounts from backups, so export anything you need first.

You will not be billed again after canceling.

Section 03

When we cancel accounts

We may cancel accounts that have been inactive for an extended period:

  • Frozen accounts (due to billing failures): auto-canceled after 180 days frozen
  • Free accounts: auto-canceled after 365 days of inactivity

We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for any reason at any time, as described in our Terms of Service.
