Important Information
Real estate professionals in Ohio need to complete a total of 30 hours of continuing education every three years, including three hours of Civil rights / fair housing, three hours of Core law (state & federal legislation), and three hours of Ohio Canons of Ethics; the rest can be general CE of your choosing.
Your renewal period runs three years and ends on your birthday. Complete all required hours before that date.
