Important Information
Family therapists in Louisiana need to complete a total of 40 hours of continuing education every two years, including three hours of MFT Ethics and six hours of Diagnosis/Assessment (DSM-5); the rest can be general CE of your choosing.
Renewal periods in Louisiana run two years and end on December 31 for every licensee. Complete all required hours before that date.
