- Medical Errors Prevention — 2 hours
- Ethics and Boundary Issues (or Telehealth, alternating)* — 3 hours
- Florida Laws and Rules (every 3rd biennium)* — 3 hours
- Domestic Violence (every 3rd biennium)* — 2 hours
- General CE — 28 hours

Important Information
Social workers in Florida need to complete a total of 30 hours of continuing education every two years, two hours of which are in Medical Errors Prevention, and the rest can be general CE of your choosing. A few additional topics apply only in certain situations — see the asterisked items above.
Renewal periods in Florida run two years and end on March 31 for every licensee. Complete all required hours before that date.
