Requirements
- Live or technology-enabled CE (lectures, seminars, workshops) — 12 hours
- Drug therapy or patient management — 15 hours
- Law or ethics — 1 hour
- General CE — 2 hours
Important Information
Pharmacists in Utah need to complete a total of 30 hours of continuing education every two years, including 12 hours of Live or technology-enabled CE (lectures, seminars, workshops), 15 hours of Drug therapy or patient management, and one hour of Law or ethics; the rest can be general CE of your choosing.
Renewal periods in Utah run two years and end on September 30 for every licensee. Complete all required hours before that date.
