- Agency Laws (agency representation and disclosure) — 1 hour
- Fair Housing (state and federal fair housing laws) — 1 hour
- General CE — 24.2 hours

Important Information
Real estate professionals in Minnesota need to complete a total of 30 hours of continuing education every two years, including 3.8 hours of General Module (state-designated topic, changes annually), one hour of Agency Laws (agency representation and disclosure), and one hour of Fair Housing (state and federal fair housing laws); the rest can be general CE of your choosing. A few additional topics apply only in certain situations — see the asterisked items above.
Renewal periods in Minnesota run two years and end on June 30 for every licensee. Complete all required hours before that date.
