Important Information

Real estate professionals in Michigan need to complete a total of 18 hours of continuing education every three years, including six hours of Laws, rules, and court cases regarding real estate (minimum 2 hours per year = 6 hours per 3-year cycle) and three hours of Fair housing laws compliance (minimum 1 hour per year = 3 hours per 3-year cycle); the rest can be general CE of your choosing.

Your renewal date is tied to the date your license was issued, so it is individual to you. Periods run three years. Check your license or board account for your exact date.
