Important Information
Real estate professionals in Maryland need to complete a total of 15 hours of continuing education every two years, including three hours of Legal and Legislative Update, three hours of Ethics (MD Code of Ethics, flipping, predatory lending, professionalism), three hours of Principles of Brokerage Relationships and Disclosure, and 1.5 hours of Fair Housing; the rest can be general CE of your choosing.
Your renewal date is tied to the date your license was issued, so it is individual to you. Periods run two years. Check your license or board account for your exact date.
