Important Information
Psychologists in Illinois need to complete a total of 24 hours of continuing education every two years, including three hours of Ethical practice of clinical psychology and three hours of Diversity (required beginning Sept 30, 2026 renewal cycle); the rest can be general CE of your choosing.
Renewal periods in Illinois run two years and end on September 30 for every licensee. Complete all required hours before that date.
