Important Information
Licensed nurses in Florida need to complete a total of 24 hours of continuing education every two years, including two hours of Prevention of Medical Errors, two hours of Florida Laws & Rules, two hours of Recognizing Impairment in the Workplace, and two hours of Human Trafficking; the rest can be general CE of your choosing.
Renewal periods in Florida run two years and end on July 31 for every licensee. Complete all required hours before that date.
