Real estate professionals in California need to complete a total of 45 hours of continuing education every four years, including three hours of Ethics, three hours of Agency, three hours of Trust Fund Handling, three hours of Risk Management, three hours of Fair Housing (with interactive component), and two hours of Implicit Bias Training; the rest can be general CE of your choosing.

Your renewal date is tied to the date your license was issued, so it is individual to you. Periods run four years. Check your license or board account for your exact date.
